"Trip" means the various different travel products and services that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, bought, paid, rented, provided, reserved, combined or consummated by you from the Trip Provider.
"Trip Provider" means the provider of accommodation (e.g. hotel, motel, apartment, bed & breakfast), attractions (e.g.) sightseeing tours), transportation provider (e.g. car rentals, cruises, rail, airport rides, coach tours, transfers), tour operators, travel insurances, and any other travel or related product or service as from time to time available for Trip Reservation on the Platform (whether B2B or B2C).
"Trip Service" means the online purchase, order, (facilitated) payment or reservation service as offered or enabled by info@welcomemate.in in respect of various products and services as from time to time made available by Trip Providers on the Platform.
"Trip Reservation" means the order, purchase, payment, booking or reservation of a Trip.

Please note that Trip Providers may have, declare applicable and/or require (acceptance of) – in addition to the policies and fine print as disclosed on the website, their own (delivery / shipping / carriage / usage) terms and conditions and house rules the use, access and consummation of the Trip (which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability).
Through the Platform, " Welcome Mate " (OPC) private Limited Company and its affiliate (distribution) provide an online platform through which Trip Providers can advertise, market, sell, promote and/or offer (as applicable) their products and service for order, purchase, , rent or hire, and through which relevant visitors of the Platform can discover, search, compare, and make an order, reservation, purchase or payment (i.e. the Trip Service). By using or utilizing the Trip Service (e.g. by making a Trip Reservation through the Trip Service you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Trip Provider in which you make a reservation or purchase product or service (as applicable). From the point at which you make your Trip Reservation, we act solely as an intermediary you and the Trip Provider. We transmit the relevant details of your Trip Reservation to the relevant Trip Provider(s) and send you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Trip Provider. " Welcome Mate " (OPC) private Limited Company does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.
Unless WMT explicitly acts as a reseller in certain scenarios, WMT always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). WMT's liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User.
Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. WMT will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.
By making a booking, User understands WMT merely provides a technology platform for booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not WMT. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.
User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. WMT, therefore cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
When rendering our Trip Service, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by Trip Providers. As such, the Trip Providers that market and promote their Trip on the Platform are given access to our systems and extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates/fees/prices, availability, policies & conditions and other relevant information which is displayed on our Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our Trip Service, we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our Platform or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Trip Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates/fees/prices, policies & conditions and availability) displayed on our Platform. Our Platform does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating, type of accommodation of any Trip Provider (or its facilities, venue, vehicles, (main or ancillary) products or services) made available, save as explicitly indicated or set out otherwise.
Our Trip Service is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, reservations, tickets, products or services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.
Service Charge, Cancellation Charge, Reschedule charge are inclusive of GST The price, which we offer on " Welcome Mate ", is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.
Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the online payments through a safe transaction process ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket , due to airlines, miscalculation in amount due server error and from the banks payment gateway issue then " Welcome Mate " reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to Easy Trip Planners Ltd. after the communication from " Welcome Mate " to avoid any discomfort.
You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.
To get any child ticket issued, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.
Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end. If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer needs to inform " Welcome Mate " for the refund to be processed. Please note that " Welcome Mate " do not get any alert from airlines directly.
If customer pays to order & due to technical glicthes the order not confirmed on website then we take 48 hours time to customer settlement of order with backend team.
If customer pays but Bank’s sector down due to any problem the settlement within 24 hours with backend team.
Every booking made on " Welcome Mate " is subject to cancellation charges levied by the WMT, which may vary with respect to booking class.
" Welcome Mate " levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

For any reason what so ever
" Welcome Mate " will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through my booking section or email.
Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.
" Welcome Mate " will process refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.
Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions.
Wallet amount once used for any transaction the remaining amount in the wallet cannot be transferred to your bank account. However, can be used for future booking with us.
" Welcome Mate " shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent.
The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the " Welcome Mate " liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, " Welcome Mate " may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Welcome Mate reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.
Products, services and contents displaying on " Welcome Mate " are the properties of this website. Any unauthorized copy & use of the trademark product & services without prior concern will be taken as larceny and strict actions may be taken against the concern person/organization/company.
" Welcome Mate " gives you a limited right to enter, explore, use and transact on its site. You agree not to misuse its materials and interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. You understand that except for information, products or services supplied by Welcome Mate do not endorse any other information in anyway. We inform you on prior basis that after the finalization of the tour package rates, for any hike in entrance fees, fuel cost, guide charges, and other services, you can be charged as extra.
If government revises some taxes on booking Company, clients are liable to pay that extra amount.
" Welcome Mate ", as being a reputed and responsible booking Company, provides you the best possible information about the hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it is advised to all the clients to make a personal inquiry to avoid any confusion & mess.
We are not responsible for any delay & alteration in your trip due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or injury made during enjoying the holiday packages provided by us. You are accountable for your own safety measures.
We are also not accountable for any human error that gone unnoticed by the clients and our staffs.
If any travel agent avails services from the company using credit from the company and fails to clear the credit in certain days, " Welcome Mate " can take legal action against him. In such cases, they are charged some interest rates that can be decided by the company itself. Firm lawful steps can be taken, if any cheating is found by the travel agent.

These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Notwithstanding the foregoing choice of law, a natural person using any of our services for a purpose which can be regarded as being outside their trade or profession (hereinafter also referred to as "consumer") can rely on the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence (i.e. provisions that, in accordance with the choice-of-law rules of the said country, must apply regardless of this choice-of-law clause; hereinafter: "Mandatory.Provisions"). Any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Distric Kanpur (U.P) in Uttar Pradesh in India . Notwithstanding the fore going jurisdiction clause, a consumer may also bring proceedings in respect of enforcement of relevant applicable Mandatory.
Provisions in the courts of the country in which they are domiciled, and proceedings against a consumer may be brought only in the courts of the country in which they are domiciled. " Welcome Mate " has its headquarters in Kanpur(u.p), the India and is supported by various affiliated group companies (the "support companies") throughout the world. The support companies only provide an internal supporting role to and for the benefit of " Welcome Mate ". Certain designated support companies render limited customer care support services (only by telephone). The support companies do not have any Platform (and do not in any way control, manage, maintain or host the Platform). The support companies do not have any power or authority to render the Trip Service, to represent " Welcome Mate " or to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of " Welcome Mate ". You do not have a (legal or contractual) relationship with the support companies. The support companies do not operate and are not authorised to act as any form of process or service agent of " Welcome Mate ". " Welcome Mate " does not accept nor assume any domicile at any place, location or office in the world (also not at the office of its support companies), other than its registered office in Kanpur(u.p) India .
